Mindful Eating Practice and Discussion Group

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Mindful eating is eating consciously to increase awareness and enjoyment of the eating experience. With increased awareness, we are more satisfied and tend to not overeat. Mindful eating slows down your pace of eating so you experience better digestion, increase nutritional health and decrease gastric distress. Though this sounds easy, it takes practice and persistence in our busy world of multitasking.

This 4-session workshop provides support for beginning or continuing a mindful eating practice. No prior training or experience is required and all are welcome.
