LNA Pathway Program

Our LNA Pathway Program allows participants to earn a full-time salary while studying to complete the course and receive licensure through the state of Vermont.

While in class, you will be employed as a full-time LNA-in-Training, where you will serve under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and provide indirect nursing care and emotional support for our patients and families.

Upon graduation, you will gain firsthand experience working alongside our veteran care providers. After a year of experience, you will be eligible to advance to LNA II and pursue additional training opportunities.

Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or be working toward it, exhibit an ability to follow instructions, and be willing to learn.
