Rehabilitation Services

At Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing our team of Rehabilitation Therapists (PTs) strive to meet the needs of both our long-term and short-term residents.

Our rehabilitation therapists are committed to providing patient centered care in order to achieve the highest outcomes for our residents. Our focus is on regaining one’s functional level and enabling our residents to safely return home or to their prior level of function as quickly as their recovery allows. Our therapists provide treatment techniques using the most up to date evidence based practice. These treatments are based upon each patient’s medical diagnoses and physical capabilities.

Personalized treatment begins immediately upon admission to our facility with screening and evaluations that take each patient’s current diagnosis and past medical history into consideration. This allows us to determine each residents customized rehabilitation program.
