Patient Registration

Learn about what you need to do to register for an appointment, outpatient/day surgery or a planned inpatient admissions.

Patient Registration is your first stop when coming to the medical center. It is located directly off the main lobby. There you will need to provide your insurance information to the clerk who is checking you in. If you are coming to stay overnight in the hospital, you may also think of this as “Admissions.”

Patients have two options, pre-register online or register when you arrive at the hospital.

Pre-registration

If you would like to pre-register online, click here and follow the instructions. To insure that your registration will be processed prior to your appointment, please complete your online registration 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Please note:

  • The first time you register online and once a year after that you will still have to stop at registration to have your insurance card scanned.
  • We request photo IDs to be scanned into the medical record.
  • Patients have to stop on their first visit and once every two years to sign the consent for treatment. On subsequent visits you can go directly to the department where you have an appointment scheduled.

After the first time you register, our computer system will securely store the data so that the second time you register you can enter the new appointment and unless you have moved, changed your phone number, or made any other changes to your personal data, you can just change the appointment date and register without re-entering name address, etc.

Certain departments, including diagnostic imaging, may call you the day before your appointment, pre-register you and tell you that you can go directly to that department, bypassing registration.

Registration for Lab Work and CT Scans
Please note that at this time, we are not able to process pre-registrations for lab work or CT Scans. Please feel free to walk in during regular lab hours to take care of your lab work. Our lab draw hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30-5:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
