Your Support of CVMC

As a nonprofit health care provider, CVMC has always relied on the generous support of our community. Your donations are vital in helping CVMC meet its mission:

Central to our community. Caring for a lifetime.

For nearly 100 years, the philanthropic support of individuals, families, businesses and organizations has ensured that primary care, acute care and extended care has been accessible and of high quality in central Vermont.

Annual Fund

Make contributing to this fund a yearly tradition as you help ensure CVMC remains central to your wellbeing. Your unrestricted gift will be put to thoughtful use where the need is greatest.

Memorial and Honor Gifts

Your gift to CVMC can be designated as a tribute in honor or memory of someone dear to you. We also welcome gifts of gratitude to honor the care your physician, nurse or health care professional provided.

Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Home

A gift designated to Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Home can be directed to support the Woodridge Activities Fund.

Health Care Share

CVMC works in partnership with the Vermont Youth Conversation Corps (VYCC), to connect our patients to fresh, organic food grown at the VYCC farm. A gift designated to Health Care Share will help support this vital program. Learn more about Health Care Share.

Securities

Making a gift of appreciated assets, such as stocks, offers a two-fold benefit to you. The tax deduction is equal to the fair market value of the donated securities, and the capital gains are generally avoided.

Please contact the CVMC Director of Development Barbara McAndrew when making a gift of stock.

The value of a stock gift is determined by averaging the low and high value of the stock on the day it is received by the above noted agent.

Gifts by Will or Trust

A gift through your will or trust helps you make an important contribution to CVMC while also providing the comfort and security of retaining your assets during your lifetime. A gift through your will or trust is an opportunity to create a legacy that will positively affect the future of our patients, families, and residents at CVMC for many years to come.
