As a partner in the University of Vermont Health Network, Central Vermont Medical Center is part of a region-wide effort to transform health care that is translating to better care here in our local central Vermont communities. In addition to our network partnership, we believe that maintaining the highest quality care for our patients also depends on our support and collaboration with the many local organizations throughout central Vermont that are also providing vital services to our community.
The University of Vermont Health Network
The University of Vermont Health Network is a four-hospital system designed to offer highly integrated health care across the communities of Vermont and northern New York. The four hospitals in the network include The University of Vermont Medical Center (Burlington, Vermont), Central Vermont Medical Center (Berlin, Vermont), Central Vermont Physicians Hospital (Plattsburgh, New York) and Elizabethtown Community Hospital (Elizabethtown, New York).
Central Vermont Medical Center is a part of OneCareVermont, an extensive network of doctors, health care facilities, academic medical centers, and rural clinics that work together to provide coordinated care and chronic disease management throughout the region.
Local Community Partners
Central Vermont Medical Center works closely with other doctors, clinics and groups based in and around our region to provide a full array of health services to central Vermonters.
