Jenniffer Funk-Weyant, FNP-C received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University in 2012 and her Nursing degree from The University of Arizona in 2001. Jenniffer has six years of family practice experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a community health center.

“With my background and training as a nurse practitioner, I understand how the mind, body, and spirit connect and impact health and well being,” said Jenniffer. “My care is non-judgmental and empathetic with a realistic and holistic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I see myself as an educator and a guide who assists individuals to become primary decision-makers in their own care. I also encourage collaboration with the community as a whole to provide the best care possible for each person.”
