Take a positive step toward better health with this program designed to promote improved health through gradual healthy weight reduction. Participants commit to attend 60-minute group visits for 12 weeks, with a goal to lose one pound per month or more while attending sessions.
Discussion topics will include label reading, sodium in foods, fats in foods, healthy food choices on a budget, and eating in social situations. You will receive assistance in setting realistic, individualized action plans as you transition to a healthier lifestyle.
Instructor Ilene Siegel has worked as a dietician and nutritionist for more than 40 years.
