Gardening for Health (Virtual)

In this program, piloted in August and September 2020 and funded by the UVM Medical Center Foundation, we aimed to engage patients with metabolic syndrome – including patients who have diabetes, pre-diabetes or high blood pressure, or who are overweight – in habits that improve health.
