In times of critical illness or injury there is nothing more valuable than having an advance directive to guide your family and healthcare team.

Celiac Support Group

4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

A person with celiac disease must learn to identify hidden sources of gluten, but with practice, screening for gluten becomes second nature. This support group is particularly helpful for newly diagnosed people and their families as they learn to adjust to a new way of life.

Cancer Support Group Potluck

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

A monthly potluck dinner to meet and mingle with other cancer survivors in an informal setting. If you don't feel up to bringing a dish, please come anyway. This friendly group welcomes new participants with all types and stages of cancer, as well as caregivers, family members and friends.

All Grief Support Groups are open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. There is no fee. We focus on learning together about coping with grief, with the intention of receiving and offering support through the sharing of personal grief experiences.
