F.I.T. Survivors Jump-Up Program
A program for people who have completed oncology treatments and would like to further explore the mind-body benefits of an ongoing exercise regimen.
Benefits may include: increased energy level, improved sleep patterns, gains in strength, balance, flexibility, and an improved body composition.

This program is a continuation of the free, 12-week F.I.T. Survivors Group Exercise Class.
