A fun, small-group exercise class to help fight cancer-related fatigue, weakness, neuropathy, and other side effects.
This 12-week class is designed to help improve balance, strength, and overall energy.

Those who have completed this class may continue exploring the mind-body benefits of an ongoing exercise regimen with the F.I.T. Survivors Jump-Up Program.
