Diabetes Management Workshop
Learn and have fun with others who have type 2 diabetes in this free, small group workshop designed to help you improve your eating habits, wellness routines and coping skills. Participants meet once a week for 6 weeks. You are welcome to bring a support person, friend or family member.
The workshop can help you with:

- Healthy eating
- Monitoring blood sugar
- Managing stress
- Handling sick days
