Job Description

Central Vermont Medical Center is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our community hospital-based practice. The successful candidate will complete comprehensive histories, physical exams and provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to adult inpatients with a variety of illnesses. Additionally, will be responsible for spectrum of patient transitional care (admitting, transferring, discharging) and patient-centered care within a collegial, multi-disciplinary team-based practice.  The NP or PA will practice in autonomous collaboration with a Hospital Medicine physician. Shifts will vary with some potential for night shifts.

This position requires 2 years of relevant experience such as inpatient medicine or adult primary care. Candidates must be eligible for Vermont NP or PA license and DEA certification.
