Woodridge received a 99.3 percent patient satisfacting rating based on data compile by a national benchmarking service, My Inner View. This rating reflects feedback gathered from residents between October 2009 to September 2010.
Woodridge received a 5-star rating for April 2012 from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Five-Star Quality Rating System was created to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and help identify areas about which you may want to ask questions. Nursing home ratings are taken from the following three sources of data: Health Inspections, Staffing, and Quality Measures.
