Nurse Practitioner Lauren Bailey joins CVMC’s Mountainview Medical

Montpelier resident Lauren Bailey, MSN, CHPN, BC-APRN recently joined Mountainview Medical on Central Vermont Medical Center’s campus in Berlin. In addition to being a nurse practitioner Lauren is a certified   hospice and palliative care nurse.

Lauren received her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut and received her nursing degree from Vermont Technical College. She graduated from the adult nurse practitioner program at George Washington University where she was in the Honor Society of Nursing.

She worked  for the past five years for Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice (CVHHH)  as a hospice and palliative care nurse. 

“During my years with  CVHHH   I worked closely with Mountainview Medical and liked the atmosphere and team approach in their office,” explained Lauren.  “I already had a relationship with the doctors and nurses and knew they  would be  a supportive group when this position became available.”

Lauren is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to personal well-being and health. During her free time Lauren enjoys cross-fit training, walking her three German Shorthaired Pointers and spending time with her husband Todd.
