Healthier Living Workshop

Are you living with a chronic condition like arthritis, asthma, cancer, heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, chronic pain or something else that affects your health and day to day activities? Do you want to feel better? This free workshop teaches you how to deal with frustration, fatigue, and pain; improve strength, flexibility, and endurance; manage medications; improve communication with family, friends, and health care providers; learn healthy eating habits...and much more. Past participants report many benefits including increased energy, less stress, more self-confidence, and fewer doctor visits.
