Your Right to Report Concerns with Safety or Quality of CareAll patients or staff members of Central Vermont Medical Center are encouraged to contact the following to report concerns related to quality of care provided by the Medical Center or issues with patient or organization safety:
The department manager responsible for the service where the care is provided. Any staff member can contact the department manager or supervisor to address the concern immediately. If the issue is not resolved by the department manager or supervisor, the Quality Management Department may be contacted at 802-371-4440. Medicare patients may contact the Northeast Healthcare Care Quality Foundation at 1-800-772-0151 or 1-800-633-4227 or 1-877-486-2048 (TTY/TDD). Contact the Joint Commission to report concerns with the quality of care or safety issues at Central Vermont Medical Center.
