Lauren Rivera, my OT, is exemplary - professional, knowledgeable, caring, listens, explains thoroughly, and treats her patients like people, not numbers. She is probably the best ambassador CVCM has who I've met, although all staff were very content. Give Lauren a raise and a gold star. (February 2011)
