Healthy Community Program

As a Medical Center, CVMC realizes its responsibility to not only address health problems as they occur, but to play an active role in preventing health problems before they happen. As part of this commitment we offer many classes and workshops that promote good nutrition, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle choices for Vermont adults, children, families and communities.

Healthy Community Program Listing

The Healthy Community program is a listing we provide of all health-related workshops and presentations available for the community, many of them at no cost, and offered by health professionals.  View class listings to the right, or click here to see a PDF of class offerings for the next three months.

Other collaborative programs. We collaborate with other community organizations in projects and events geared toward improving the health and wellbeing of central Vermonters.
